Welcome to pentselect. These terms govern your access and use of our platform for luxury apartment curation, personalized property lists and guided viewings.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. Apartment Selection Services

We provide personalized selection of luxury apartments, curated shortlists and guided viewings at designated locations.

1.2. Infoproducts

We offer digital guides, market insights and e-books related to luxury property viewing.

1.3. Goods

We may offer branded merchandise or printed materials.

2. User Obligations

Users shall provide accurate personal and contact information. The property associated with guided viewings remains subject to availability.

3. Payment and Fee Structure

Payment methods are detailed at checkout. All fees are charged upon confirmation of service or product order.

4. Reimbursement and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Services

Clients may request cancellation up to 48 hours before a scheduled guided viewing. In such cases, pentselect will issue a refund of fees paid via the original payment method within 14 business days. If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the viewing, no reimbursements will be available due to logistics and staffing arrangements. However, clients may transfer their booking to an alternative date subject to availability and a written notice via Contact Us.

4.2. Infoproducts

Digital guides and e-books are immediately accessible after purchase. Customers have a 7-day period to request a refund. After 7 days or once content has been downloaded, no reimbursements are allowed due to the nature of digital delivery. Refund requests must be submitted via Contact Us.

4.3. Goods

Physical items may be exchanged or reimbursed within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for swaps are borne by the customer. To initiate an swap or reimbursement, contact our support at Contact Us. Reimbursements will be processed to the original payment source within 21 business days after we receive the item.

5. Limitation of Liability

pentselect disclaims liability for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services, products or goods. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the relevant service or product.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
